Hello everyone, a primarily Commander player, here! I've got a half-decent modern merfolk deck I built after opening a bunch of the needed cards over time and especially with Modern Horizons 2. Now, I don't have the cash for a playset of Force of Negation or Aether Vial, nor do I have the money for a couple Cavern of Souls... which is kinda sad, since I know they would indefinitely strengthen the deck, but I do have the other important pieces.

So, I want your honest opinions on my deck, and if I should fix my sideboard in some kind of way and/or my main deck. Please try to keep suggestions within my budget. (For instance, Mutavault is within budget, but the 3 named cards above are not.)

(Eventually, I want to get those 3 cards for the deck, but that's a ways away.)
