@Addicted2Edh I'm very glad you asked this question as it was something that I had struggled with as well! From my extensive play-testing their is 2 paths you can go for. The first that I think is stronger than any other is Birthing Pod while it does not win the moment it comes down it builds a scary amount of value that can combo out if built correctly. I recommend Myr Battlesphere / Wurmcoil Engine + Krark-Clan Ironworks + Nim Deathmantle (pod into Kuldotha Forgemaster to grab non creature parts.) And if you assemble all parts with pod untapped you can pod the Forgemaster into Marionette Master for insta win. This while not a very fast win (until you build the combo that is) it is nearly impervious to counterspell and removal. Some other options that exist is dropping Myr Battlesphere than podding it into Craterhoof Behemoth the tokens will be 7/7 (if glissa is out) and that is usually enough to end at least one person.
The other win build I've seen is Rise of the Dark Realms although I find it too high risk as I do self mill as card draw. Although it has the benefit of being simple to use.
Did this help? If so let me know and I will be happy if not I will explain further!

I am open to using birthing pod and myr battlesphere, i run wurmcoil but i dont have a copy of krark clan ironworks, i let my buddy borrow it and my 2 ashnods altars are being used, i would like to stay away from sacrificing because i got a few other decks with phyrexian altars/ ashnods. I do have a kuldotha and blightsteel not being used but then i would need 2 more slots for boots.. i also have a marionette master that wants to go in but dont know if its worth without ashnods, my eggs trigger her tho and i could add an equipment to make her ability hit harder, was thinkin about loxodon warhammer. Anyways ive neglected the deck a bit since ive made a few more after but want it to be in my rotation, so am open to modifying it to make it fun/consistent.

On the topic of sacrifice: This deck does not run a lot of sacrifice effects outside of pod but some things are critical. First off is state based effects are the prime alternative win condition this commander can dish out. Lets go with an example Glissa + Grave Pact + Hangarback Walker: what you would do is cast the walker for 0 and the state based effects kills it. This triggers the pact and that triggers Glissa in turn if opponents control any creatures. This makes a soft lock. This needed zero sacrifice engines and is very strong.
Also why loxodon? What does it do for this deck? Nothing! Also I don't recommend boots or anything more than one hexproof card for Glissa. Darksteel Plate is much better as it protects Glissa from wipes and that results in more time that Glissa is online.
Also marionette master is amazing in this deck if glissa is out and you have small artifacts like Mishra's Bauble and a way to flash it in is = creature die draw a card + drain target for 4+

The hangerback walker idea is awesome i might need to look for one. Your right about the hammer i just ran into a problem of low life one game i was hanging on by a thread and wiping boards but all it took was one haste guy to put the nail in the coffin, i actually would much rather prefer batterskull but its pricey and i dont own one, but it would make glissa a 3 turn clock which is nice and be able to leave her to block also, life gain would really be nice. Can you explain the last text? Im interested in using marionette master with my baubles and i do have shimmer myr and vedalken to continuesly play them as long as i got some opponents creatures dying, i put in pharika to make dudes for my opponents to killem n get value with glissa.

Alright what ya do is have marionette master and obviously stick all counters on her. Then during your opponents turns / (BEFORE) whenever a creature would die: flash in the small 0-1 cmc artifacts you have and then sac them (Mishra's Bauble and friends is really nice because it can sac itself) This triggers the drain from Master and glissa returns the artifact from the yard into hand. This can be done multiple times per turn depending on how many things die. This can be turned into a pretty fast clock if combined with Verdurous Gearhulk by adding to the masters power. If master gets above 10 power and is not answered it usually ends up game winning. Some of the best cards I know of for this deck to give opponents creatures is: Forbidden Orchard & Akroan Horse. Hope this all made sense let me know if you need anything.

As of early December this deck has been extensively reworked with more threats and overlapping combos for consistency. I'm also working hard to rework the description of each card in the deck! Any and all upvotes and comments are greatly appreciated! I enjoy discussing anything artifacts so please hit me up for information!

Hi im also building a glissa the traitor edh, i love eggs so im using an egg package with salvaging station, its alot of card advantage but i made alot of cuts last night, i dont have any wincons i noticed ao im going to revamp it, i love all the creature removal and sweepers i also use toshiro as a secondary commander so i run a package of instants to go along with my shimmer myr and vedalker orrery, do you have any reccomondsations for wincons? I have the mindalaver lock but i play multiplayer and that doesnt work as good as 1v1s would love to compare notes
