This is my first standard deck so I don't know what to put here but here goes. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

"Control Life"
-Probably Some Bird

The idea of the deck is to control the board while slowing gaining life until you can swing with Angel of Vitality and Sephara, Sky's Blade.

Life gain: Getting Healer's Hawk out turn 1 is pretty key because it will get you up to 22 life and your opponent at 18 before the game really gets going. Healer's Hawk also has flying which will allow you to constantly hit for 1 and gain 1 every turn. Bishop of Wings is mainly there for blocking since its a 1/4, but it also gives us life when one of our angles comes into play.

Control: Pacifism, Take Vengeance and Banishing Light are the basic control cards in the deck. You can switch these with sideboard cards in game 2 so you can deal with certain cards better.

Tricks up your sleeve: Rally of Wings and Righteousness are combat tricks to hopefully throw your opponent off.

The side board is what I imagine a typical side board looks like (again first standard deck, don't hate me), as we go into game 2 I usually go more control cards. The side board covers, spell slinging, Deafening Silence, black/red decks, Devout Decree, or ETB based decks ,Hushbringer, you'll want to swap Bishop of Wings due to it having an ETB effect.

Maybe Board:

Bag of Holding & Dawn of Hope - White has always struggled with card draw. Bag of Holding vs Dawn of Hope: I haven't test both that much, Bag of Holding starts giving you cards after 3 mana put into it but you have to discard while Dawn of Hope gives you a card after 4 mana with the catch of gaining life. Both have their ups and downs, feel free to choose your preference.

Planar Cleansing - Another control the board card, I put Ravnica at War in the side board so we should be fine when we need to board wipe since we are mono white. Unless the meta suddenly becomes mono colored decks then Ravnica at War should do the job just fine.

Rule of Law - It's Deafening Silence (sideboarded) but more effective but it cost 3. It stops creature spam decks but my meta is mostly instant and sorcery based decks.

Trapped in the Tower - Basically Pacifism but you can't target flyers with it, I prefer Pacifism so I can still swing even if the opponent has flyers.
