I thought the Cipher concept was cool and decided to build a deck around it. Other Cipher decks I have seen are U/R and as a result, very susceptible to cards like Supreme Verdict. To prevent that card from breaking this deck, I splashed white and threw in Boros Charm. This card is awesome because in addition to preventing board wipes, double strike is absolutely amazing in a Cipher deck.

When you draw the right cards and can get your combo going early in the game, this deck can be very powerful. However, I found that much of the time I was simply unable to get the cards I needed. I don't think this deck is particularly viable at high levels of play, but it was a fun experiment.
