A pretty straight forward mill deck, with a focus on being more resilient than many similar U/B mill decks.

Primary Pieces:

First, our staple mill cards: Glimpse the Unthinkable, Mind Funeral, Archive Trap, and Mind Sculpt.

Ideally these staples will be used in two 'combos' over the course of a game.

The first is to get the lower cost spells like Glimpse the Unthinkable out, and into the graveyard. We then use Archaeomancer to recover them, to be used in our second combo. Snapcaster is also an option here.

The second is as a combo with Primal Amulet  . Primal makes these cards (especially Archive Trap) easier to get out. More importantly, once transformed their value is doubled.

Secondary Pieces:

Hedron Crab is a card we want to see every match, ideally in our opening hand. This combos well with our Polluted Delta + Watery Grave for double landfall. Hedron Crab also interacts well with our Oboro, Palace in the Clouds.

Jace, Memory Adept and Nemesis of Reason function as our primary late game cards. Both are capable of milling for 10 a turn. Nemesis also works very well as a blocker at this stage should we need it.

Delver of Secrets   function as pieces that help us stall our opponent. Frequently being able to transform Delver on turn two for free acts as an acceptable blocker for a few turns.

Visions of Beyond helps us maintain steam through the mid-late game. Often by this point we have exhausted our staple mill cards and need to draw into more. 3 cards for 1 blue, can't get much better than that.

Surgical Extraction Gives us the ability to shut down a win condition. More of these should probably live in the sideboard as well.

Finally, Crypt Incursion acts as our panic button. At instant speed it can bail us out if we appear to be dead on board, or even if we just don't have the cards in hand to go on the offensive for a few turns. Getting this card off in the mid or late game usually returns somewhere between 9-30 life depending on the type of deck you're up against.
