How the deck works:

Use cards with SCRY to get a big eldrazi onto the top of your library right before you use the MANIFEST ability. Finally, flip your eldrazi on the cheap using one of the EXILE cards to return the face-down card into play face up. Note: this doesn't work on sorcery or instant cards.

The "maybe board includes other eldrazi creatures that can be subbed in for the others on this list based on price and preference.

Remember also, the legendary rule won't allow you to have two of the same legendary creature under your control at the same time.
