If your 7 doesn't have serum powder or medallion or stitcher+(nightmare or balemurk), mulligan. The deck goes very comfortably to 6 cards in game 1.
Exile with Serum Powder everytime, unless you've already pitched 7+ creatures and have the Huskburster + land in hand.
Exiling your hand with Serum Powder powers up Huskburster.
Strategy:
You are a 16 land deck playing 12 creatures with CMC 5 or higher. You win by getting these creatures out ahead of schedule and beating your opponent to death.

Value Engine: Overlord of the Balemurk, Chthonian Nightmare, Token Producers (Orcish Bowmaster + Marionette Apprentice)
Payoffs: Huskburster Swarm, Troll of Khazad-dum, Overlord of the Balemurk, Woe Strider
You will notice that Balemurk is in all three of those columns. That's because it's filthy, especially so in a deck with 32 creatures and 4 jet medallion.
Additionally, once Jet Medallion is online, looping Chthonian Nightmare on your token makers or stitchers for a single mana means you can rebuild your board or graveyard from scrap every turn (or ping your opponent to death).
How does the GY deck survive GY hate?
Huskburster doesn't care if your GY gets exiled. Overlord does a self-mill every time it triggers so no meta GY hate interferes. You also get to play 4 haywire mite post-board and they recycle better than aluminum.
Sideboard (speculative)
Your main flex slots are the ones and twos (marauder/mite/strider), shave evenly from two mana spells after that (1 copy of medallion, 1 copy of nightmare, 1 copy of bowmaster, 1 copy of marionette, 1 copy of bowmaster). I'd guess Serum Powder only comes out against Leyline Binding decks or Living End, but leave in the bursters.

- Fulminator Mage is land hate
- Haywire Mite is hate hate.
- Necroplasm is go wide hate.
- Coati Scavenger is adorable and better than eternal witness in your mono-permanents deck.
- The Mycotyrant is an additional wincon that resists GY hate (it's the most powerful 3 drop that you can curve T2 Medallion into T3 Overlord > grab 3 drop > cast 3 drop)
- Insidious Fungus is what you grab against Pithing Needle (they should name Mite before Chthonian unless you're actively looping)
