The Deck wins because it has card advantage plus good control, and usually has no creatures of its own other than Mishra's Factory, rendering some cards useless. I don't like it.

This is a deck idea is specifically designed to kill the Deck. Not sure if it will work, or how it would stand up against other decks. Someone has probably tried this before.

Its mono red control burn.

Strip Mines and Stone Rains to attach the Mishra's Factories. Blood Moons to mess with mana base, and with Mishra's Factories.

No creatures. Make those Swords to Plowshares useless. Instead, this deck deals damage with Black Vice. Turn card advantage against the Deck. Use Howling Mines to gain your own card draw, and punish the Deck.

Shatters and Detonates to take out the Jayemdae Tomes.

Fireballs and Disintegrates to beat down for the win, with Red Elemental Blasts to counter counters. Mono red anti the deck.
