This deck is my attempt at making a Black "burn" deck. It isn't as effective as a regular burn deck but its fun to try. Most of the cards allow you to tick away at your opponents life in one way or another. The main problem I normally have with the deck is maintaining a hand.....Any advice would be welcomed
