Nirkana Revenant seems like a good idea! Also I'm assuming you have a bunch of awesome foils in here, show them off by typing "asterix F asterix"(for some reason an actual asterix won't show up in the comment field) after the card name like I do in my commander deck. The Darkest Soul.

Oh, the Commander is not included in that card count I saw.

Why is Graveborn Muse in this deck? There aren't many zombies to feed it.

I would never want to run Phage the Untouchable and Sheoldred, Whispering One in the same deck, just on the off chance that I lose because of it.

Squirrel_of_War, Nirkana Revenant is too good, but it's hard to beat the efficiency of Crypt Ghast . I'm always looking for more ways to ramp mana though, and it is definitely on the table.

Also any EDH deck that runs Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon as its Commander is frightening. I see that Cabal Conditioning and might need one for myself...

As for the foils, I will add them in with the next update which is coming very soon!

tain, In my opinion Graveborn Muse is the best draw creature in black. On her own she acts like a Phyrexian Arena with a 3/3 body, recurable through reanimation, and can give Volrath a quick pump for cheap. Lots of good utility there!

corythackston, yes running Phage the Untouchable and Sheoldred, Whispering One in the same deck can pose a risk. So can an opponent reanimating something from my graveyard with Phage in there and an Imp's Mischief in my hand, and she hits the table fine with her best friend Platinum Angel on the field. Great power takes great risk, and this deck is designed to handle the amount of risk she poses and turn it into (usually) a benefit.

Deck seems super fun and cool. +1 if nothing else just because of the crazy work you put into the description.

Let's try to make more commander decks of Phyrexian leaders and evincars okay?

With the new legendary rules both Vesuva and Thespian's Stage are great with Dark Depths instantly getting you Marit Lage.

I've played this deck a few times and don't really understand why Scroll Rack and Liliana of the Veil are in here. The Rack doesn't really seem to help draw enough and Liliana's +1 never seems useful. What am I missing?

With such high cmc, Baneful Omen could be lethal.

I was planning on doing an update a little while ago, but the deck has seen a few important changes and a lot more testing against other very tuned and competitive decks.

I have a couple of changes to update, as well as an ever growing list of foils which I will be adding soon!

So I decided to playtest this deck, and turn 6 I swung for 42 damage with a flying Volrath the Fallen

With all the fatties being pitched to the yard why not add some recursion spells? Victimize , Beacon of Unrest , Coffin Queen .

Bad idea. Fatties are best in hand.
