You can also make Kessig Prowler  Flip unblockable using menace. That's really the only reason I run Kruin Outlaw  Flip in main deck. Once he flips and my Sinuous Predator  Flips are out, I have 4/4s that are unblockable for as long as Kruin Outlaw is transformed. Immerwolf makes that permanent.

I've had some fun games that way. :)

Can the opponent's creatures block my attacking Sinuous Predator  Flip with Gruul War Chant in play because it gives him menace???

I really don't agree with the white splash, not when you have access to Moonlight Hunt (to say nothing Red's bevy of premium removal spells). Werewolves are a hyper-aggressive tribe. You need to focus on forcing your opponent to play on the backfoot, so they don't even feel like they can attack safely. Splitting your focus like this takes power directly from your strengths and shores up a weakness that shouldn't even matter.

As for Waxing Moon, well, I've personally found it underwhelming. A turn 1 Kessig Prowler  Flip into a turn 2 Sinuous Predator  Flip can be awfully difficult for some decks to deal with, but later in the game you could just spend mana, and it interacts poorly with your Shadows werewolves (except for Ulrich). Plus even that first play leaves you vulnerable to getting two-for-one'd against a Fatal Push or Grasp of Darkness. That said, this is less of a problem than splashing for Blessed Alliance so if you like it, go ahead and stick with it for now.

In any case, Blossoming Defense is an absolute must for this deck. You're hyper-vulnerable to spot removal.

Pretty cool.

Really cool when you flip the Kessig Prowler  Flip, and then drop Giant Spectacle onto him. Then it looks like he becomes unblockable...Sinuous Predator  Flip can't be blocked by more than one creature, and Giant Spectacle gives him menace, so he can't be blocked by less than two creatures. Nice, great beats there.

I'm not sure about the Confront the Unknown, I know it works with the Tracker, but it seems like you would be better off with getting more land drops to pump the tracker permanently, or energy. Blossoming Defense on a flipped, enchanted prowler is nasty.

The token would block as well.

Sinuous Predator  Flip's ability only stops multiple creatures from being declared as a blocker against it. It doesn't stop creatures from entering the battlefield blocking.

This is a similar scenario to Brimaz, King of Oreskos, and a Silent Arbiter in play. Only he can be declared to attack, but he can put a token into play attacking.

Sinuous Predator  Flip can't be blocked by more than one creature, Brimaz, King of Oreskos summons a cat token blocking any creature he blocks, so what happens if Brimaz tries to block the predator?

What about Waxing Moon to get your Sinuous Predator on turn two, to get your Vildin-Pack Alpha  Flip faster or to trigger Ulrich's buff twice in one turn?

idk how you want to do meld cards, but i listed them here as well:

  • bruna, the fading light + gisela, the broken blade = brisela, voice of nightmares
  • graf rats + midnight scavengers = chittering host
  • hanweir garrison + hanweir battlements = hanweir, the writhing township
