Just at a glance I would say decrease the number of instants and increase your enchantments and artifacts. Not by a lot, but just move some things around. Like adding in Forced Adaptation
Have you considered Fangren Firstborn for this deck? Or Battlefront Krushok ? How about Bred for the Hunt ? Managorger Hydra ? Just throwing cards at you really.
Also, you might want to change up your lands. I didn't see a lot in the way of basic land boosts (that is, cards that have increased power for every basic land you have) so maybe try something like Oran-Rief, the Vastwood
Full honesty? I'm way too tired right now to be making coherent recommendations but my brain won't let me sleep until I tell you about those <$3 cards that could help change up your game. (Please note: I do not know your playstyle so my recommendations could be way off the mark on how you like to play)

If you want to focus in on Borborygmos, there are lots of cards that care about +1/+1 counters.
Bramblewood Paragon , Crowned Ceratok , Rishkar, Peema Renegade , Tuskguard Captain , and Battlefront Krushok all give you innate benefits for having +1/+1 counters on your creatures.
Armorcraft Judge is a good way to draw cards after Borborygmos attacks, while Bloodspore Thrinax makes every creature bigger as it enters. Gyre Sage and Incubation Druid are great mana dorks that fit that theme, and Mycoloth can create a fresh new army every turn (which will only grow larger thanks to Borborygmos).

I think it's pretty good. One card that thwarts all targeted removal. The cards you suggested would be better as Battlefront Krushok, Bloodspore Thrinax, Loyal Guardian, Mindless Automaton, Triskelion or Walking Ballista.

Atraxa +1/+1 counters for critters

Okay so just going through my list here, I can split it into a couple lists: counter producers, counter enhancers, and counter synergies.
Counter producers give +1/+1 counters to things. Among them are Anafenza, the Foremost, Bloodtracker, Chasm Skulker, Daghatar the Adamant, Dragonscale General, Drana, Liberator of Malakir, Hangarback Walker, Heroes' Bane, Managorger Hydra, Mikaeus, the Lunarch, Prime Speaker Zegana, Toothy, Imaginary Friend Citadel Siege, Curse of Predation, Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants, Cathars' Crusade, Echoes of the Kin Tree, and finally, arguably the best of this group, Ajani, Mentor of Heroes.
Counter enhancers increase the counters placed on things: Gilder Bairn, Pir, Imaginative Rascal, Vorel of the Hull Clade, Winding Constrictor, Doubling Season, Hardened Scales, Primal Vigor, and Solidarity of Heroes.
Finally, counter synergies, such as Abzan Battle Priest, Armorcraft Judge, Battlefront Krushok, Cenn's Tactician, Fathom Mage, Zameck Guildmage, Hindervines, Inspiring Call, and Bred for the Hunt.

Anafenza and the Abzan Avengers: ASSEMBLED

I love me some +1/+1 counter decks! But you do not have all of the avengers assembled...
The problem is, the other two avengers are in Fate Reforged, they don't have outlast, and don't give keyword abilities. (you might also be able to count Herald of Secret Streams as an avenger, but he's blue, so... good luck playing him...) Battlefront Krushok gives all +1/+1 counter creatures the ability to not be blocked by more than one creature, and Elite Scaleguard gives the ability to tap your opponent's creatures on attack (as well as Bolster 2). Both are less flashy than the originals, but the Scaleguard can be lethal in Commander. Just a thought, maybe some individual upgrades on some cards if you are not on a budget, but an very entertaining build nonetheless!
