While there are more aggressive mill strategies, I don't think it's fair to say that they are "appose" or "supposed" to be formulated in such manners. After all, Pauper is a fairly aggressive format with things like Bogles, Stompy, you can argue Delver, etc. running around. Also, quite a few decks in the format tend to have ways to play off of things in their graveyard, be it Delver with getting spells back or Reanimator. Because of these two issues, Mill has a glaring weakness of not being able to handle itself defensively for long enough to actually mill your opponent. In the past, players attempted to go off of more defensive play, usually Turbofog, which stalled for time until you could get your opponent down. There were semi-mill strategies involving cards that activated under certain conditions, like Screeching Silcaw. Granted, none of these decks really made a major impact, but they existed nonetheless.
That all said, if you really do wish to have a hyper-aggressive Mill deck, I would suggest running more things that mill immediately. Creatures that you can tap for mill can be dual-purposed, since you can also block with them, for example. Utilizing more 1-2 drop kill spells over 3 drop spells might be an idea as well, since you can clear early aggro with them more efficiently. Cards like Curse of the Bloody Tome seem a bit slow, considering it only activates once every enchanted player's upkeep and, more importantly, only mills for two cards. I'm sure there are other things to point out, but that's the basics. Either way, enjoy and good luck!

Tormod's Crypt would be good in the sideboard against Delve and whatnot. I also wonder if you've got enough artifacts for Screeching Silcaw to make any sense. (I've always wanted to be able to activate Metalcraft!)
