I've run into an obstacle recently,
copies of these cards have all had at least one highly suspicious or an actual counterfeit within my deck: Sapling Nursery, Badgermole Cub, Heroic Intervention, + Force of Vigor. However, I have implemented steps to ensure authenticity, validity, and recompense... It is strange but knowing me I wear this, as a kind of badge of honor.

Badgermole Cub works best when you have other mana dorks. Sapling Nursery wants land ramp like Rampant Growth and Farseek. Woodfall Primus is too costly for what it does.

I love this. Primal Order would be great in most situations. Sapling Nursery might fit well too since you just run forests.

For this version I feel like you are better off going all in on the infinite combos and abandoning the treefolk theme. Less than 1/2 of your creatures are treefolk after all meaning that Leaf-Crowned Elder will rarely get you free cards. You would be better using either more creatures like Llanowar Elves to make use of Badgermole Cub or ramp spells like Rampant Growth that could help you get your Sapling Nursery out sooner. Studious First-Year might be a good addition as both a creature to sacrifice and a ramp spell. Awaken the Woods could be a potential addition if you go the badgermole route. Both methods help setup what you are looking to achieve easier although I personally favor the ramp spells since it doesn't rely on badgermole staying alive. The deck thinning from ramp spells is also a minor benefit.
For example, here is a speed version with a ramp focus (assume all basic forests in this scenario).
Turn 1: Land + Studious First-Year. Turn 2: Land + cast the prepared spell (rampant growth). Sacrifice studious to a Flare of Cultivation. Turn 3: Land (#5) + Sporemound. Turn 4: Play Zuran Orb + Life and Limb. Play land #6 and go until you have a ton of creature/lands that you can use to gain a bazillion life.
This is probably the best/fastest case scenario obviously but even if you don't get this perfect of a hand you'd be closer to casting things like Sapling Nursery at the very least.
Scenario 2: Copy turns 1 and 2. Turn 3: Play land #5 and cast Awaken the Woods for 3. You now have 8 lands in play and could play a Sapling Nursery for ZERO. (Sounds sweet right!)
These ideas should give you a starting point for the direction I personally think would be more effective. Like I mentioned in the other build though, do what you want to with it.

WARNING: LONG RESPONSE INCOMING
I do commend your efforts in improving your deck but I want to offer you this advice...don't make too many changes too quickly. I've destroyed good decks without remembering how they were originally built by doing this. It's how you end up with a completely different deck if you are not careful (ex: valakut idea).
Regarding adding more zuran orb's, I wouldn't. Having more than 1 in play gives no extra benefit and losing lands isn't really what you want to be doing anyways if you are trying to cast spells fairly.
That being said I do feel like I need to address something that bothers me a fair bit and that is the combination of aftermath analyst and scapeshift. The more we discuss your deck the more of a feeling I get that you are wanting aftermath analyst to be a core part of the deck. Thematically it isn't a treefolk and gameplay wise it is asking you to destroy your board for a few life or if you are lucky some creatures as the ideal circumstances. In less ideal circumstances they won't help you as much as you might want them to. You had mentioned earlier that you are looking to make the best treefolk tribal deck, and the land manipulation facet really undermines that gameplan, analyst moreso than scapeshift. I believe that a single copy of scapeshift can be reasonable for the Sapling Nursery interaction but otherwise it detracts from your overall theme/plan. One thing you may come to realize from playing over time is that certain cards fit certain kinds of deck better. A good example would be how amulet titan is built to abuse the effect of Amulet of Vigor. Amulet obviously has potential but most decks will not play it because it doesn't do enough often enough to warrant slots most of the time. That's the general reasoning behind why I don't like it in this deck either. The same principle extends to both Aftermath Analyst and Scapeshift. That being said this leads me into the next part which is harder for me to admit.
I have a habit of becoming overinvested into some of the decks I comment on. I want you to have the best deck you can have. I want you to have the most fun and be the most successful you can with it. But therein lies the problem. I have a hard time separating out what I want (aka my competitive nature) from what others decide to do. And I can slowly feel myself approaching this state of mind where I'm acting like this is my deck and I have to check myself. So simply putting it, I want to remind both myself and you that it is your deck to do with as you please. You don't have to take my suggestions if you don't want to. If you do, cool, I hope it works out for the better. With that being said I'm probably going to take a few days away before I consider responding again to help reset that mindset. I'll probably send you my thoughts on your other build before I do though.

If you don't like Scapeshift what do you think of Planar Engineering? It helps Sapling Nursery which helps Orchard Warden which plays on both Nissa, Resurgent Animist & Lotus Cobra; Amulet of Vigor enhances it, and Aftermath Analyst promotes the combo; and if Green Sun's Zenith is played, Badgermole Cub is able to encourage Dryad Arbor.
