Studious First-Year

Creature — Bear Wizard

This enters prepared. (When a permanent becomes prepared, create a copy of its prepared spell into exile. You may cast that copy for as long as the permanent remains prepared. Casting it unprepares the permanent.)

Rampant Growth

Sorcery

Search your library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

For this version I feel like you are better off going all in on the infinite combos and abandoning the treefolk theme. Less than 1/2 of your creatures are treefolk after all meaning that Leaf-Crowned Elder will rarely get you free cards. You would be better using either more creatures like Llanowar Elves to make use of Badgermole Cub or ramp spells like Rampant Growth that could help you get your Sapling Nursery out sooner. Studious First-Year might be a good addition as both a creature to sacrifice and a ramp spell. Awaken the Woods could be a potential addition if you go the badgermole route. Both methods help setup what you are looking to achieve easier although I personally favor the ramp spells since it doesn't rely on badgermole staying alive. The deck thinning from ramp spells is also a minor benefit.

For example, here is a speed version with a ramp focus (assume all basic forests in this scenario).

Turn 1: Land + Studious First-Year. Turn 2: Land + cast the prepared spell (rampant growth). Sacrifice studious to a Flare of Cultivation. Turn 3: Land (#5) + Sporemound. Turn 4: Play Zuran Orb + Life and Limb. Play land #6 and go until you have a ton of creature/lands that you can use to gain a bazillion life.

This is probably the best/fastest case scenario obviously but even if you don't get this perfect of a hand you'd be closer to casting things like Sapling Nursery at the very least.

Scenario 2: Copy turns 1 and 2. Turn 3: Play land #5 and cast Awaken the Woods for 3. You now have 8 lands in play and could play a Sapling Nursery for ZERO. (Sounds sweet right!)

These ideas should give you a starting point for the direction I personally think would be more effective. Like I mentioned in the other build though, do what you want to with it.
