Yeah, Nyxborn Colossus would be my pick for first to go. I was worried there were a lot of keywords in this one (trample, haste, reach) so I wasn't sure about deathtouch, too, but overall it would probably make the deck better to switch in a one-drop.

I would add more enchantments.
Possible additions: Angelic Gift is flying and card draw. All That Glitters for making your creatures larger. Banishing Light for removal. Season of Growth for scry and card draw.
Possible removals: Nyxborn Colossus, Gift of Strength, Altar of the Pantheon, Entrancing Lyre
