You've got some cards that just seem out of place here. Daxos, Blessed by the Sun isn't on-theme at all. Kazandu Stomper is clunky; you'd be better off with more land tutor spells like Circuitous Route or Rampant Growth, or better yet, run Ghost Town. Hunter's Edge looks like sorcery speed single target removal at 4 mana...which is boardwipe territory. There are better permanents that can help you accumulate counters.

You have several things here that gain you life, but I wonder why? Lifegain doesn't seem like anything this deck wants to do, and although incidental lifegain can be helpful, it's taking away from the landfall theme of the deck.

You've got lots of slots here that you can tighten up and really focus the deck in.

I would definitely add 3 copies of Garruk's Uprising and problably consider adding Crystalline Giant or Nessian Hornbeetle and swap the Hunter's Edge for Ram Through Renata, Called to the Hunt is pretty good too

Maybe Omen of the Dead instead of Disentomb because this deck likes enchantments and you can get the scry later. Hunter's Edge is better than Hunt the Weak unless you have an enrage trigger like that earlier comment or you want the creature to die. Both of those are unlikely. I wouldn't use either though, because they are too expensive. Prey Upon and Ram Through are way cheaper in terms of mana. These are just some good +1/+1 cards: Grakmaw, Skyclave Ravager, Enduring Scalelord, Conclave Mentor, Wildwood Scourge goes infinite with the scalelord, and AnafeNza is good for +1/+1 counters and locking down your opponent's graveyards.

Neutralize is always a better choice than Cancel, because it has cycling. Hydra's Growth might suit this deck well, perhaps replacing a Hunter's Edge and one or two Lorescale Coatls.
