This doesn't strike me as a particularly high-power deck, by it does seem like a lot of fun. Lots of +1 counters all round, creatures getting big and stomping in in combat with trample.
The core of this deck is really Yorvo, Lorescale Coatl and Wildwood Scourge. Between themselves, they can accrue a whole bunch of +1 counters, and Garruk's Uprising and Primal Empathy could really help with that too. Keep Safe and Cancel are there mainly for protecting the growing lads from removal, while Hunter's Edge ought to provide some good removal once these creatures get hench.
Elder Gargaroth is there because I cracked a couple of copies and want to use them. Sublime Epiphany is great, offering a whole bunch of value thanks to all the +1 counters the card draw can offer (and maybe a token Gargaroth copy if I get really lucky). The Pixies offer some ramp for that and for some big Wildwood Scourges later in the game. Thryx helps with that too, as well as offering a decent threat in the air.
Sideboard wise I'm really not sure what to add. Although I was thinking Jolrael and some additional card draw would be great for making chump blockers and providing even more +1 counters via the Coatl.
