Fear of Sleep Paralysis

Enchantment Creature — Nightmare

Flying

Eerie — Whenever this or another enchantment you control enters and whenever you fully unlock a Room, tap up to one target creature and put a stun counter on it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove a stun counter from it instead.)

Stun counters can't be removed from permanents your opponents control. (They won't untap if they have stun counters.)

There are 34 monoblue cards that give creatures stun counters and/or interact with them. The most important of them is Fear of Sleep Paralysis.

When building this deck, you want to account for Solemnity, so you'll need a way to prevent it's entry and/or assure you can remove it from play.

I want to go more in depth but I don't have the time at the moment. I don't want to lose this thread either, so I'll post another later.

This is cool, it's refreshing to see an Enchantment EDH deck that is not straight up Voltron. The milling component is great, 99 cards is a lot to burn through. Enchantments are great because most decks lack sufficient proper removal for mass enchants / artifacts. And with that Commander ability you can forget about it, haha. Kinda weird to see T/O thinks Fear of Sleep Paralysis is banned, it says it's legal for EDH on Gatherer.

Curious, have you playtested this deck yet, or just theorycrafting? My initial thought is the creature count is a bit low, but I see there are some Enchantments that create them. Of course, you'll have to ramp up to make proper use of those. So the early game might be a bit sketchy, unless you've got a board wipe up your sleeve.

Anyways good work, interested to see further developments for this one. I don't have many specific suggestions, I see lots of good staples in here. Maybe just Idyllic Tutor and / or Plea for Guidance so you can pull any specific Enchantment you want to suit the situation.
