Wouldn't Return to Dust be a strickly better Altar's Light.

Scouting Trek doesn't look like a particularly good card to me. Why not play actual ramp like Farseek or Rampant Growth instead?
Altar's Light could be upgraded into Sylvan Reclamation.
Many of the blink effects in your list return creatures to their owner's control, so stealing + blinking doesn't work out like you want it to with those cards (you are the controller of a stolen creature, but not its owner). You could play Ghostly Flicker or Restoration Angel though, those let you keep the creatures. High Market or Evolutionary Leap on the other hand allow you to get rid of them, and Skullclamp does the same for small creatures.

Looking at my previous comment, I don't know why I posted All Is Dust when I should have said Scour from Existence so it doesn't hit your stuff (and you only need to take care of Iona).

Other than that:

Renounce the Guilds for some cheap removal.

Revoke Existence, Return to Dust or Altar's Light for some target removal of problematic artifacts or enchantments.

Cloudshift or Long Road Home for some protection.

Warping Wail for about the only counterspell you can get.

This seems fun, but maybe you should consider something to search for Assault Formation and Doran, the Siege Tower? As it looks, the deck relies quite heavily on those cards, so some way of getting them back from the grave?

Also maybe exchange Wipe Clean and Victim of Night with more versatile cards like Altar's Light or Fade into Antiquity.
