Here we go, my idea of red control. The idea is basically to put out a bunch of creatures that hurt your opponent when they die (Perilous Myr, Goblin Arsonist, Phantasmal Image), cast a sweeper (Slagstorm, Day of Judgment) and do some damage to them, then put down a titan and win.

A few things to keep in mind:

Even if you can't kill all of their creatures with Slagstorm, usually you should be able to finish them off with the damage from Perilous Myr and Goblin Arsonist.

Curse of Bloodletting is very useful for eliminating planeswalkers. Doubled damage from Perilous Myr, Goblin Arsonist, Inferno Titan, or Slagstorm will handily deal with them.
