Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.

Variety XX

Sorcery

If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.

Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

Polk, the Third Disciple of Sadage
Legendary Creature - Zombie Cleric
Whenever another creature with "Disciple of Sadage" in their name enters the battlefield under your control, you may return ~ from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
Sacrifice ~: Exile 5 lands target opponent controls. Then, that opponent creates 5 tokens that are copy of that land, except they are called Wastes and have ": Add to your mana pool.

Legendary Creature - Human Cleric
Menace
Whenever another creature with "Disciple of Sadage" in their name enters the battlefield under your control, destroy up to 2 target permanents and put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control with "Disciple of Sadage" in its name.

Lifelink, Menace

When Sadage, Of the Occult enters the battlefield, if you control a card named (the first Disciple), search your library for (the second disiple) and put it into your hand. Then, if you control (1st and 2nd), put a +1/+1 counter on Sadage.Then, if you control cards named (1st, 2nd and 3rd disiples), gain 10 life. Then, if you control (all of 'em), you win the game.

Until end of turn, you may cast cards from exile without paying their mana costs. Whenever you cast a card from exile, put another card from exile into its owners graveyard.


I made this, I hope it is about what you imagined. I made the card with the mindest of "What card would be pretty good as a follow-up to Ashiok?"(I am aware that Ashiok's Machinations probably is quite broken.)


Design a Mardu () Planeswalker that would be super strong in a deck that runs on Young Pyromancer and Lingering Souls.

JohnnyBaggins, yes, it's what I imagined, and yes, it's a tad overpowered. But I like it. Also, this planeswalker is probably going to cause you to mill yourself, but with the amount of elementals and red burn spells available, you should be fine lol.

Destroy everything and at all players get an emblem that puts a poison counter on that player at the beginning of their turn.

Create a card representing a Greek/Roman/Norse/Egyptian god bonus if its Norse and has something to ragnarok.

If you cant tell Im going through a very odd(?)time even for a metalhead as Im starting to like the truely extreme stuff(still not the satanic stuff though).

Hypothetically, on Tarkir, let's say that the Khans managed to overthrow the Dragons after Dragons of Tarkir. Make a Khan inspired by the "modern-day" Khans from Dragons. I.e, what's Zurgo Bellstriker up to in this theoretical post-dragon world?

-3: Create 2 tokens that are each a copy of a permanent in either player's graveyard, and it's a blue Illusion in addition to its other types and colors and has "When this permanent becomes the target of a spell or ability, destroy it." in addition to its other abilities
-11: Exile all creatures target opponent controls. Then, that opponent creates tokens that are a copy of each creature, except its a 2/2 blue Illusion creature token with "Whenever this creature is the target of a spell or ability, destroy it, and return the card it copied to the battlefield." and no other abilities.

The effect of this Zombie Jace is creating illusions of dead things, sort of like an illusionist necromancer. The idea of the -11 ability, if its confusing, replaces an opponents line with 2/2 Illusions, that when they become the target of a spell or ability, it becomes its old self.

@Catalog9000: Why do you think Mardu is least friendly? It's the wedge with the most Commanders. Every other wedge save Sultai has only 5, and Sultai only has 6. The shards lay as follows: Grixis with 17, Esper and Jund with 12, Naya with 11, and Bant with 10. This isn't even counting the number of different partnerships available to achieve each three card combo. Every wedge has four partnerships that can make them and every shard only two. So it almost balances out.

As ~ resolves, transform it (this spell is still put in your graveyard, except transformed. The other side is face up, and is that way even when moving to other zones. Does that make enough sense? Definitely not possible rules wise.)

: Return ~ from your graveyard to your hand.


Benevolent Beginning

Sorcery

Create 2 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens. If ~ was cast from your graveyard, create 4 instead.

As ~ resolves, transform it.

: Return ~ from your graveyard to your hand

Flashback

So ya, that's really confusing. How it's supposed tow ork is basically you cast Malevolent End from your hand, kill something, and transform it on the stack. Benevolent Beginning is now in your graveyard. Then, you can either flashback it to immediately make 4 spirits, or return it to your hand, cast it and make 2 spirits, then transform it back to Malevolent end, which is now in your graveyard. You now have the same option there - return it to hand and cast it again or flashback it for a more powerful effect.

Give some love to the Spider Tribe.
