Wallace, Occasionally Brilliant
1/1 Legendary Creature - Human Inventor
When ~ enters the battlefield under your control, you may search your library for up to three artifacts and exile them. Put one of those cards at random onto the battlefield under your opponent's control and put the rest onto the battlefield under your control.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if no spells were cast last turn, transform ~.
The Were-rabbit (Spoilers)
4/3 Legendary Creature - Rabbit (which is a green card)
Whenever a rabbit you controls enters the battlefield under your control or attacks, flip a coin. If you flip tails, either destroy target vegetable and put a +1/+1 counter on that rabbit or put a token land Vegetable onto the battlefield under an opponent's control which reads " : ." If you flip heads, target opponent draws a card.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if a player cast two or more spells last turn, transform ~.
Make either a Gromit card or any character from a stop-motion movie.

-6 Gain control of all creatures until end of turn. Untap them. They gain haste until end of turn.
Ok, so.... How about a saga that incorporates at least one Future Sight mechanic or card into each ability?

Culture/Lore: Victorian Steampunk with a twist.
Abilities/Mechanics: Energy, equipment-auras, as a theme of self improvement, some sort of political-conspiracy-esque mechanic, like meritocracy or something, maybe a return to voting like will of the council
Lands/Colors: Wedges- White/black/green equipments, i.e. jet packs, white/black/red political manipulation, blue/green/red enchantment-auras, a self upgrade thing like mechanical spider legs that bond to the host, red/blue/white alchemists, and green/black/blue Frankenstein-type reanimation, a slightly more high-end necromancy than black/green's used to.
Supported Races and Tribes: Humans, alchemist as a new subtype, goblins because I like the idea of them in top hats and goggles, zombies, angel-inventors and aetherborn. Of course all these races wear Victorian fashion like top hats and steampunk elements like the goggles.
Planeswalkers: A scatterbrained white red blue alchemist-inventor and maybe a gender non-binary aetherborn.
Gods: I envision people worshipping literal machines, which in turn give them power, so a cycle of artifact gods, like a god of cogs and a god of steam.

Seven, Silver Creation
Legendary Artifact Planeswalker - Seven
0 Exile Seven with X Experience counters on it, were X is 1 plus the amount of loyalty counters on Seven. At the beginning of your next upkeep, return Seven to the battlefield under your control with X loyalty counters, were X is the amount of Experience counters on it.
-2 Exile target non-land permanent. When Seven leaves the battlefield, return the card to the battlefield under its owner's control. For as long as that card remains exiled, you may cast it.
-7 Exile any number of target non-land permanents. You may cast any number of these cards without paying their mana costs. For each spell cast this way, counter it unless you pay , were X is the number of other cards cast this way this turn.
When ~ enters the battlefield, you may reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal an artifact. Put that card onto the battlefield and lose life equal to two times the number of cards revealed this way.
Whenever you activate a plus or neutral ability of a planeswalker you control, you may exile the top card of your library.
Whenever you activate a minus ability of a planeswalker you control, you may put a card from exile into its owner's hand. That player loses life equal to its cmc.
Nathariel fervently studied Urza's research until he realised that if Karen could survive time travel, maybe a spirit bound to a silver golem could survive the Blind Eternaties. It only took seven tries to get it right.

Sorry, I may have muddled up Meep and Meek. Just replace Meek with Meep in that flavour text, and continue to make up cards around Meek, the treefolk.

Tribal Socery - Changeling
Shuffle your library. Exile the top X cards of your library. For each non-land permanent exiled, put it onto the battlefield and return target non-land permanent to its owner's hand. For each land exiled this way, put it onto the battlefield and add one mana of any colour. For each instant and sorcery exiled, you may cast it without paying it's manacost and return target instant or sorcery from your graveyard to your hand.
As Marrok bore down on Meek with the Collar, he was surprised to see an octopus stare back, then vanish.
Continue with Newcomer things?

Kiora, Seeking Vengence
Legendary Planeswalker - Kiora
+1: Reveal the top three cards of your library. You may put a creature or land from among them into your hand. Put the rest into your graveyard.
-4: Return target non-planeswalker permanent from your graveyard to the battlefield under your control. You lose life equal to it's converted manacost.
-10: You get an emblem which reads "Whenever a non-vengeful token creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may exile a creature card from a graveyard and create a token that's a copy of that creature except it's a black vengeful in addition to its other colours and types." Then create 3 8/8 blue octopuses.
Starting loyalty 4
For those who didn't read the Ixalan story, Jace and Vraska are planning a coffee date at a bookshop once they defeat Bolas. Please make a card that represents this event.

The Black Marker
~~~ enters the battlefield under target opponent's control.
: Overpopulate (for each creature you control, create a token that's a copy of that creature)
: Sacrifice two thirds of the creatures you control, rounded up. For each creature sacrificed this way, ~~'s control creates a token copy with infect.
: Destroy all creatures with infect. You get an emblem named Brethren Moon with "At the beginning of combat on your turn, sacrifice a creature and put a charge counter on Brethren Moon. Then, if there are three or more charge counters, target opponent searches their hand, library, graveyard and exile for a card named The Black Marker. They may cast that card without paying its manacost. Remove all charge counters from Brethren Moon."
Hypothetically, on Tarkir, let's say that the Khans managed to overthrow the Dragons after Dragons of Tarkir. Make a Khan inspired by the "modern-day" Khans from Dragons. I.e, what's Zurgo Bellstriker up to in this theoretical post-dragon world?
