changing again throwing in Farseek over the Chromatic Lantern although i did feel the lantern was a great fit in the deck Farseek may be just too good to pass up. also changing the mana base a bit to try and fit my curve and throwing in a couple of other big creatures... Predator Ooze and Olivia Voldaren here's to hoping...

you should try it out toxonic though truth be told there are very few things better than attacking second turn with a 8/8 flyer. :o)

yes a great many cards of this deck rotated out so cards like Corpsejack Menace could be in this deck. All cards from the scars block (except Arrest I guess) rotated and all the cards in m12 that weren't reprinted in m13.

I could see Rancor , Arbor Elf , and maybe Farseek doing well.

Vos_Is_Boss i know just not sure if i can swing it with the 3 green that being said i have 2 set aside and will be testing them in soon what should i take out for it??

Vos_Is_Boss says... #11

Haha, i know the mana swing may be iffy, That's why I'm thinking about a black/green deck for him, and the counter shenanigans. I'm wondering if the Chromatic Lantern is necessary. However... I may suggest Falkenrath Exterminator to go bye bye, or at least 2 of them for 2 Predator Ooze . In the end... playing an ooze mid game isn't terrible. Getting him out on turn 3 always wanted, but not needed.

A late game Predator Ooze may even be better, due to all the Tragic Slip s seeing play atm, once thats gone then the ooze is pretty safe

Vos_Is_Boss says... #13

if they cant kill your Primordial Hydra time, they sure as hell wont kill your Predator Ooze

inevanable says... #14

amen i hear you on the Predator Ooze more or less being awesome due to his indestructableness... the lantern probably isn't necessary but i have had luck with it thus far and Falkenrath Exterminator is unreal in this deck. he is just amazing removal knocking out my opponents ramp creatures early and then bigger things late game swinging with a 6/6 exterminator that can kill the blockers before it even attacks is just wrong..

Vos_Is_Boss says... #15

If the shoe fits, keep using the Falkenrath Exterminator . I can honestly say ive never played with it, because the creature only target turned me off a bit. However, you make it sound fun. The way i made my suggestion, i was judging the fact to how vulnerable they are to removal. Of course, forcing a removal spell on a cheap creature is great too! Essentially, every creature in this deck needs to be removed or they are dead :D

Shit, i cant believe i forgot about Rancor ... Rancor is good. dont ignore Rancor ! OMG Rancor !!!

October 15, 2012 4:28 p.m.

inevanable says... #17

hahahah... yeah i too love my Rancor but again what is removed... the guys get so big and the Primordial Hydra already tramples the Slumbering Dragon flies. but ahhhh so much to put in here and so little room...

oh. not to mention Champion of Lambholt should get everyone through...

October 16, 2012 9:31 a.m.

Vos_Is_Boss says... #19

True, but a reoccurring trample effect shouldn't be forgotten. Especially on Champion of Lambholt

as you said...

So much fun, so little room.

Great synergy and gave me the idea to use my lambholt again in my counter deck. Any way +1 from me this deck is awesome .

Drop the Chromatic Lantern s for Farseek . Getting ahead with availability of mana while also thinning out your deck really puts you in the driver's seat in a game. Also, 4 Slaughter Games ? 2 is good and 3 is pushing it, You are already going to hit their biggest win-con with the first one, the second puts you really behind in tempo because of how much mana you are investing that doesn't immediately affect current board-state. Also, get rid of the Naturalize s. Never run naturalize. Ever. Run Rakdos Charm instead and you have any artifacts or enchantments dealt with thanks to your Charms. And the exile effect from Rakdos Charm is too good to ignore as well, especially considering you don't run Deathrite Shaman .

Rakdos Charm and or Golgari Charm are the solutions to artifacts and enchantments for you. They have 6 different abilities being only 2 cards. I agree with Justin2543 in that regard. However, i think enchantments are scarier than artifacts right now. Golgari Charm mainboard (if you must) all the way.

Also, Farseek ?? You kidding me?! SO GOOD if you've got the shock lands. SOOO GOOD. Fixes any and all mana problems. Why is jund so good right now? Farseek ! with 2 guilds in the jund deck, the shock lands are abundant and always available right now.

1) You can easily get that 3rd green source for Predator Ooze 2) Its a ramp spell for a turn 3 Increasing Savagery 3) its a ramp spell to FLASHBACK Increasing Savagery

Just think of it as a Rampant Growth that gets your duals. pfft.
