(Note: I don't really play Modern, I just had an idea and wanted to jot it down. Suggestions welcome.)

Screwing around with Piracy Charm , Funeral Charm, and Waste Not. The charms (and Haunting Hymn ) are pretty much the only instant speed cards that cause an opponent to discard, so you should be able to put an opponent into full lock-down with this.

Boomerang paired with any discard effect is basically removal, and you can use it to ensure you get the effect you want with Waste Not.

I threw Diregraf Captain in as a way to give your zombie tokens some extra punch, and some protection if your opponent gets too much out before you can lock them down. Dralnu, Lich Lord lets you re-cast spells and your zombie tokens keep him safe. Snapcaster Mage is just for recursion.
