A Simic deck using evolve to power up weak creatures
Priorities
You will get out something cheap early on, like
Shambleshark
or Cloudfin Raptor. Also you will likely get a Forced Adaptation early on, and that is incredibly useful, especially for someone like Drakewing Krasis with so many evasive abilities. You have to make sure you play creatures in the proper order to make Evolve fully effective. In a pinch, you can use
Bioshift
to sacrifice a creature's power to beef up another creatures. Create enough "Evolved" creatures until you can swarm your opponent(s).

Turn 1) Island + Cloudfin Raptor
Turn 2) Forest +
Shambleshark
, causing Cloudfin Raptor to get a +1/+1 Counter
Turn 3) Island + Drakewing Krasis, causing Cloudfin Raptor and

This deck is one I actually own, so it will be hard to meet your suggestions as I am keeping it true to my real-life deck, but that makes your suggestions all the more useful.
