This is a Simic aggro deck (duh) in standard that uses evasion in cards like Gudul Lurker and Faerie Miscreant, pump spells to activate spellfist and get in for some more like Become Immense and Titanic Growth, and tempo so they have to replay stuff gaining us a turn here or there in cards like Clutch of Currents and Harbinger of the Tides.
