My current standard deck that will become BUG once the rotation hits. With practically all of the good simic cards rotating out and wedge coming in I figure it would be best. But this is currently my pride and joy.
Note: I use this deck in singles and in two-headed, mostly with my friends deck, here: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/gimme-ya-cahds/
Deck Breakdown:
Elvish Mystic: Simple ramp. 'Nuff said.
Sylvan Caryatid: More ramp, but with being a 0/3 defender and hexproof to boot.
Kiora's Follower: A little more ramp :/
Horizon Chimera: Flash this baby in at the end of your opponents turn = free life AND I'm able to swing it? I'm in.
Heroes Bane: This is fun if you get out a prophet before flashing this in. Swing for 8 as soon as it comes in! (This took the place of my Kruphix, God of Horizons because I never found a use for her; always a dead draw...)
Prime Speaker Zegana: A two-of. The card draw is nice on top of that power, but I want to use her to her fullest when I do cast her.
Master Biomancer: He's just... so good... even if you just have one out flashing in a 3/3 Elvish Mystic for one is amazing. Plus it beefs up Mistcutter Hydra and Prime Speaker Zegana.
Mistcutter Hydra: Oh you devil you! I love being able to tap out for this thing and have it stick! Thow in haste and it's a done deal!
Prophet of Kruphix: Do I even need to justify this one? I mean being good is one thing, but if a card is BETTER (yes, I said it) than the God it's "prophesying" then IDK... Basically, If this thing sticks and stays, it's pretty much gg for your opponent.
Simic Charm: So... much... utility... Mostly for bouncing creatures and giving hexproof.
Dissolve: :D
Cyclonic Rift: Kinda like simic charm, 'cept for, y'know, anything.
Kiora, the Crashing Wave: Protect her with her +1 and simic charm and laugh maniacally as you get your emblem in a few short turns!
