This deck is built around mana dorks- lots and lots of mana dorks.
You play one dork, who then will get you anther dork, who'll then get you a dorky lord (Elvish Archdruid/Paragon of Eternal Wilds), who will then get you a not-so-dorky card-drawy guy (Beast Whisperer). And then you group your dorks up and hit them until they die (with a little help from Might of the Masses)! Or, if you draw into Gilt-Leaf Archdruid and happen to have 7 druids going spare, you can always nick their lands. That can be pretty hilarious.
Since most of the creatures are 1/2 drops who generate mana anyway, 12 lands seemed to do the trick- and so far (touch wood- geddit?) the deck hasn't been mana screwed yet. In testing, I lost so many games to aggro decks early on I threw in a few Fogs to prevent your opponent from dealing too much damage while you're establishing your board. Not sure if that was a bad idea or not, but, hey, it certainly helps in machups against aggro decks.
Another thing I was thinking of changing was throwing in another copy of Marwyn since she gets so big so fast with all the elves flying around, but I was put off because of her legendary status- didn't wan't a dead draw interrupting my groove. Also, since this is essentially already an elf tribal deck, I was thinking of putting in a couple of Elvish Clancallers in place of Paragon of the Eternal Wilds, but that trample-enabling effect with Might of the Masses is just so tempting...
Anyway, thanks so much for checking this deck out, and please let me know what you think!
