"Tapping into Tapping" is all about utilizing tap instants and ciphered spells as methods of channeling damage into your opponent. It plays like this:

1) Get out Blistercoil Weird and Incursion Specialist

2) Protect yourself against early attack with Blustersquall and Inaction Incursion and Mizzium Skin

3) Get out your main channel of attack, Nivmagus Elemental

4) Protect yourself against multiple creatures' attacks with Hands of Binding and Hidden Strings. It's critical that these spells get out around turns 3-6, and get ciphered to any of your creatures. These spells still exist on the stack, and as a result when a creature deals damage and re-casts the spell, it can be "caught" and exiled by Nivmagus Elemental.

In combination with Quicken, these spells can be gotten out at any point in the game when you have the mana.

5) Keep your card momentum going forward with Inaction Injunction and to protect against more major threats

6) Need one of those many instants or sorceries again? Archaeomancer. This is particularly effective for Blustersquall, which you can overload for a short-term Frost Breath

7) Add Frostburn Weird to utilize any excess mana you have leftover as a strict pump-and-dump for your mana

If you find yourself cornered with large numbers of creatures (RG, Mono-Green, pack rats) use AEtherize.

The sideboard (and now the maybeboard) are focused on more aggressive creature removal, which can be combined in many ways with existing creatures.
