This is, at its core, a Sultai delve deck. It's real budget and Modern-legal (even nearly Standard-legal). I suppose it's pretty casual - it can hold its own in a casual game, but given how quick T1 Modern decks can go off, it isn't going to be too successful in that format.

Here are the functions of each card.

-Greenwarden of Murasa+See the Unwritten form a recurrable engine that both fills up the graveyard and allows us to grab back cards we want. It's very possible to mill yourself out if games go to 10+ turns.

-Sidisi, Brood Tyrant is just plain synergistic for our deck. She puts things in the graveyard which fuels Delve, and she extracts extra value from that which goes to the graveyard by making 2/2 zombies. Probably won't win us a game singlehandedly, but she's a champ.

-Basic lands, Opulent Palace, Evolving Wilds, Elvish Mystic, and Rattleclaw Mystic are our manabase. Ideally our 'get-going' card is See the Unwritten at 6 CMC, so the ability to get there by turn 3 or 4 is invaluable.

-Tasigur, the Golden Fang is here simply because he does well in combat, he can be cast easily with Delve, and he fills the graveyard. All-around solid dude.

-Murderous Cut and Dead Drop are in the deck as graveyard-friendly control spells. I could also run Logic Knot but the card seems a bit clunky to me.

-Gurmag Angler, Shambling Attendants, and Necropolis Fiend are in the deck as graveyard-using creatures that can hold their own in combat. Shambling Attendants provides a nice deterrent against attack, and Necropolis Fiend is some battlefield control on a big stick.

-Become Immense is a simple way to make our creatures, well, immense for real cheap. Pretty simple stuff.

-Kiora, Master of the Depths is a versatile card for this deck. Her +1 allows us to extract the most mana possible from our board. If we have 2 of her out then that's an extra 4 mana, which is useful because of all the big spells we run. Her -2 is most helpful early in the game, often grabbing us both a land and a creature, as well as feeding the graveyard a little. Her -8 is a solid finisher, but considering how often we'll be using her other two abilities, I don't think we'll be using it much.

-Our biggest finishers if we can't seal the deal otherwise are Empty the Pits and Temporal Trespass. If throughout the game we conserve the cards in our graveyard, using lands and mana dorks when we can, by the end of the game we should have a lot of cards in the graveyard - often 20 or more. We can then routinely cast Empty the Pits for enough to make 10 or 12 2/2 zombies. Next turn, beat up the opponent, cast Temporal Trespass, and hit them until they die.
