I have no idea if this is competitive or not, but darn I imagine this to be a fun thing to pull off.

The deck is quite simple. Get to 4 mana, get your opponent a creature, cast a pact of card, hold priority, and before your opponent can do anything, give them the pact with Sudden Substitution . Now they have to figure out a way to pay the mana cost in their untap step... likely in a color that is outside their color pie.
