This is a RIX Standard Temur Ascend Deck that, as you probably guessed, aims to trigger ascend and claim the City's Blessing to reap it's rewards. Cards like Wayward Swordtooth, Ranging Raptors, and Tendershoot Dryad can help you get closer to your 10 permanent goal, while Tilonalli's Summoner is a powerhouse that can get you there all by itself. Timestream Navigator is a great card (once you get the City's Blessing), not to mention Slippery Scoundrel, which literally demands a board wipe to kill it.
