Maybeboard

I want to be clear from the start, I am wildly unfamiliar with all the proper rules and deck formats. I have been out of MTG for a long time, since revised, and have just recently gotten back in to it. I have never played a formal game at a club or tourney, just casual games with friends and family. I know that some of what is in here is probably afoul of the format I selected, but I wanted to list it out just to see what people think and get suggestions. I will make revisions as I am educated. Thanks everyone for your support and patience up front :)

This deck was designed to try and stand up against my Brothers Zombie deck that he built. His ability to get Zombie tokens out was overwhelming all the other decks I made, and even gave my burn deck a hard time. My thinking was to make a deck of fast Goblins that could take a numbers lead before he got too established, and then finish him off with a Goblin Grenade, Goblin War Strike, or Reckless Abandon.

It has been quite effective and wins quite often, but I would like to try and get it up to "code", and see if there is anywhere I could improve on it.
