A cool deck I made to deal with decks that are heavily based on control, like mono U. Since it runs with fewer monsters, I just take my time making my opponents discard every now and then and waiting for them to put some creatures that look dangerous. If they do, I just burn/destroy them or make my opponents sacrifice one of them. Through cleaning their fields I get to set up mine with a bunch of Lifegain/Deathtouch vampires, some hypnotic specters and Kiln Fiends, who goes really well with my constant casting of instants and sorceries. As I said, i need to take my time while doing all this, but it's usually alright to win the duels like this.
