Still tweaking and perfecting this!
Everything should be pretty self explanatory - if you have any questions or want to see the original mono red version of the deck let me know!
So I've played this deck for several months now, and feel like I really understand how it performs and works. I have recently switched over to RB devotion, at the moment I think it is much better against the current meta. The deck is essentially the same except with Dreadbore and Rakdos's Return instead of Chained to the Rocks. You also get access to some cool sideboard cards as well - go check it out on my profile!
So I went to Monday Night Magic this week to playtest the deck - it is completely finalized for now, except I need to acquire one more Hammer of Purphoros to put in the sideboard. I went 2-2, with both of the losses being 2-1, both wins being 2-0. I immediately noticed the effects of adding the 2 Nykthos/25 mana as opposed to 23 - I find myself being able to ramp very quickly and get a good board state going early. As for my results, the first loss was to Golgari (mono green ramp bigcreatures splashing black for kill spells) and the second to Azorius control. Wins were against Selesnya aggro/populate and Izzet burn. Very happy with how the deck turned out - the only thing I think I need to do at this point is perfect both the contents of my sideboard as well as how I sideboard, which should come from experience.
After asking the spikes subreddit about my deck as well as playing it more, I've decided to make quite a few more changes:
-4 Chandra's Phoenix
+4 Frostburn Weird
-2 Warleader's Helix
+1 Hammer of Purphoros
-3 Magma Jet
+3 Mizzium Mortars (from sideboard)
-1 Chandra, Pyromaster (to sideboard)
+2 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
+1 Boros Guildgate
In the sideboard:
I started out 2-0 and then dropped 2 straight games ending at 2-2 - I dropped my 5th because I had to leave. I was only able to get my hands on 2 Sacred Foundry so the other 2 were substituted with Boros Guildgate. Not an ideal situation - I missed a couple of drops because of the gates. As for the deck itself, I decided to have only 3 Chained to the Rocks in my mainboard, I sided the 4th. Also put in a Warleader's Helix in place of a Magma Jet. Still deciding if I am going to mainboard the 2 Mizzium Mortars and one more copy of Warleader's Helix in place of Magma Jet since I don't need the scry as much due to my lands. I believe I have found a nice balance though.
Went 2-3 my first week, was trying to get used to playing it. No changes at that time. Second week, I went 3-2, but should have gone 4-1 due to a large misplay on my part in game 3 of my last matchup. After looking at how my deck is performing, I have decided to splash white, mainly for Chained to the Rocks as well as Boros Charm. Also, I added a second Chandra, Pyromaster and removed Mutavault as well as Burning Earth from the sideboard.
im going to update this and run it at Game Day tomorrow, I'll let you know how it goes

One card I can recommend is Prophetic Flamespeaker . It would be awesome for this deck, especially since you'll pretty much always have the mana to spend on whatever you reveal with it. All you have to worry about is getting him through.

Although your right about having the mana to play whatever I turn over with Prophetic Flamespeaker , I have no means to buff him, means he's just a simple 1/3 for 3. I would rather be spending my mana on something else.
