Hello Tappedout Community, I have a favor to ask of you.

At my current store, we have a thing known as Build a format. Build a format works similarly to standard, which has a limited cardpool. The big difference is that 3 random sets of modern legal cards are chosen, and that is what you have to play with. Since it is also a proxy week, I have no budget restrictions, so feel free to offer any and all suggestions.

I will be playing this deck next Thursday, and afterward I will no longer be playing it! So please let me know what you think!

All cards can ONLY be from sets M15, BFZ, and Ravnica: City of Guilds

The main idea here is Black-White Control, adapted from Travis Woo's BW Control deck to fit the tight format this will be played for.
