A mill-control deck based around Phenax's AMAZING ability. Seriously, with enough tweaking, Phenax could bring mill into competitive standard.

The idea:High-toughness blockers to keep your opponents at bay in the early game. Doom Blade and Claustrophobia for those threats your blockers can't (or don't want to) deal with.

In the late game, Phenax and prophet of Kruphix make for extremely fast milling. Even with a single Hover Barrier out, that's twelve cards per turn cycle. If things get overwhelming, Sea God's Revenge can reset the board for a few turns, giving you time to finish things out.

Gotta figure out a way to avoid burn decks, though. Might consider splashing white to board in Riot Control. Or maybe just a bunch of countermagic.
