One of the first priorities of this deck is a better name...

After deconstructing an Izzet Delver deck I wanted to play something a little more out there while still being fun. One of the only problems I have with this deck is that your opponent is always going to have a full hand. This is the rough draft of the deck so far so any and all help would be really appreciated.
