Runs like a traditional 8-Whack list employing 4x Goblin Bushwhacker and 4x Reckless Bushwhacker Except that it runs extremely low to the ground with no creature you would normally play costing more than 2 mana. It makes use of fast mana from 4x Simian Spirit Guide and 2x Gemstone Caverns to play out all your goblins and go wide as soon as possible before your opponent could even play their board wipes.

3x Burning-Tree Emissary make the list to help enable Reckless Bushwhacker.

3x Cavern of Souls lets us play goblins against any deck main boarding Chalice of the Void

Sideboard

Sideboard pretty much acknowledges that there are only a small amount of things that mono-red can deal with. Boardwipes and go-wide strategies are not one of the things that this deck can ever deal with. So it will only attack what it can for <= 2 mana. Grave yards and Artifacts. If your opponent is playing with a primarily artifact deck or with the graveyard, replace the non-creature spells appropriately and they will get easily hosed.
