Gain dirty amounts of life and drain your opponents slowly. The deck has a nice selection of one drop enablers:
Pulse Tracker
and Thrull Parasite which start the gain and drain, train rolling.

Basilica Screecher
Early game drop with evasion that can be used to attack if necessary. Will most likely be used for its extort ability and to chump block fliers.

Can swing and deal two damage with swampwalk. Deals 2 damage to each opponent if sent to the graveyard from the battlefield. Combos well with
Undying Evil
.
Gray Merchant of Asphodel A no brainer. Deal damage equal to my devotion to black t each opponent, and gain life equal to the life lost. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Also combos well with Undying Evil.
Pulse Tracker
Another one drop that starts the drain train for my opponents. Although it pings each opponent for 1 life, it is a decent starter.
Thrull Parasite The third one drop starter that can extort and ping counters off of permanents for two life. Again, the two life is relatively inconsequential.
Instants
Geth's Verdict Force an opponent to sac a creature, and to add insult to injury, ping for 1 damage. May consider switching out for Victim of Night for spot removal.
Undying Evil
Bring back any creatures I have with ETB effects.
Sorceries
Blood Tithe Group slug for a consistent 3 life from each opponent.
Exsanguinate Group slug and gain a nice chunk of life. Can be used late game as a potential closer or equalizer.
