Mono Red Post rotation, I believe, will focus on The Flame of Keld to do most of its work for it. Thankfully, the sideboard for Mono Red gets better against control and is able to keep a better pace with it by picking up Vance's Blasting Cannons   and Arch of Orazca for long-game draw power while having a good 2 drop slot filled with Lightning Mare that can pump for more power since blue loses Disallow to save itself.

However, this deck, mainboard, has options to help sustain itself. It ramps very well thanks to adding Captain Lannery Storm to the deck and is able to punch wide thanks to Tilonalli's Summoner, which should get you to Ascend very quickly. Though Goblin Chainwhirler may be a threat to some of these creatures, we slot Ghitu Lavarunner in as a bigger booty creature who can survive while using Run Amok to help save our Summoner or any other creature that needs protecting. Fanatical Firebrand can sacrifice itself to deal damage, so it makes itself an easy punch in the face. Finally, we also get a new massive card draw engine in Risk Factor, which allows our opponents to either take damage or let us draw cards. If timed correctly, such as with The Flame of Keld to either have our opponent take 6 or let us draw 3, which is a much better trade than 4.

As for winning fast, this deck seeks to land the finishing blow through The Flame of Keld and it's III ability. By pumping all of Tilonalli's Summoner's tokens, we can see how the deck can come from nowhere and punch hard. However, Tilonalli is vulnerable until then, so it's best to keep some mana back to protect it. It can also help itself with Fight with Fire as Captain Lannery Storm helps to kick the spell while also pumping herself for each treasure sacrificed to pay for the spell's cost. You can also use cheap burn spells more efficiently with The Flame of Keld, such as Shock and Lightning Strike.
