A silly deck featuring Arclight Phoenix and Hollow One. This deck turned into a UR splash blue fast spells deck then turned gradually into this.

Only if I had Gitaxian Probe....

The goal of the deck is to make sure you can:

1. Save enough spells to reanimate your Arclight Phoenixes

2. Discard enough/have the mana to cast Hollow One

3. Stall and durtle until you can do some of these things

You could just plop Arclight Phoenix in a RB Hollow One build around but I built around Arclight Phoenix and Hollow One was good for what I was doing.

I'm still tweaking the deck, any constructive criticism or suggestions welcome.
