Basically play a bunch of spells off of Baral, Chief of Compliance and Primal Amulet   while slowly accumulating value off of Dyanvolt Tower. Also, I want to try a silly sideboard strategy where I switch from a dynavolt strategy to a Abandoned Sarcophagus and mill them with Compelling Argument. Any thoughts on the deck?
