Demo budget deck...

Deck is based around the combo between Inverter of Truth and Laboratory Maniac, everything else in the deck is there to find or protect our combo pieces. Perplex and Clutch of the Undercity are both useful as cards and useful as tutors with Transmute. Scarscale Ritual and Dusk Urchins work nicely together as card draw along with Looter il-Kor and Forbidden Alchemy. Finally Voyager Staff and Essence Flux provide our blink effect, letting us trigger the Inverter twice or save our Maniac, with Remand for extra protection and draw.

Ideal (goldfish) scenario, turn:

1. Island, tap for Voyager Staff.
2. Swamp, tap both for Looter il-Kor.
3. Drowned Catacomb, tap 3 for Dusk Urchins, swing with Looter il-Kor.

This essentially sets up our board, but doesn't reveal much about what our deck is doing...
