Lets build an enchantment deck together. the catch, Modern rules, colors are Blue and White. Primary functions are Arcanum Wings + Invisible Stalker + Tallowisp with Muddle the Mixture and its transmute function to get these 3 important cards out at a much higher chance. the function is to aura swap Arcanum Wings with things such as Celestial Mantle or Eldrazi Conscription for dirt cheap mana costs and early on. I need help figuring out more enchants and spirits/arcane spells to work with Tallowisp. I'm also willing to drop certain cards I already have if better suggestions come up, as long as im not forking up 50 bucks for a single card, I'm happy with any suggestions, especially if you can suggest a way to make this more competitive.
