Other thoughts are Waxmane Baku, Dungeon Geists, and Nikko-Onna as unorthodox control choices, Skyclave Apparition as a less unorthodox control choice, Cemetery Illuminator, Call to the Kindred, and Kindred Boon with some Myojin, especially Myojin of Seeing Winds. (Most things with Kindred in the name are good for tribal decks.)

Maybe not the Myojin. The new ones don't use divinity counters.

This deck is hilarious, I love it.

Cards to consider:

Yosei, the Morning Star: Just incredible with your Emeria

Skyclave Apparition seems a pretty good addition.

Myojin of Cleansing Fire for a little more removal.

Mirror Entity as a finisher?

How about Eerie Interlude to protect any amount of your own creatures?

Nikko-Onna because why not?

Reveillark and Vesperlark seem like great additions. Same goes for Sun Titan.

Nikko-Onna ? easy card to return to hand if you need, and control opponents enchants with.

Hey, you're welcome.

If you have Brago already then consider making him your tribal Spirits Commander? If you're going for tribal Spirits then blue is where you want to be because Azorius has actual Spirit tribal cards. With Spirits you can't take the most advantage of Brago's blink, but there's still some good interactions:

Of course there's other powerful interactions with Brago's blink that are not Spirits, but are fine support cards for Spirits:

Spirit Bonds seems quite good with Brago. Each time you blink a nontoken creature you can pay to create a Spirit token. Since Brago can blink a lot of your creatures each turn Bonds can be a white mana sink to potentially make lots of Spirit tokens. With Bonds you can protect nonSpirit creatures from nonexile removal with Spirits.

vaelran Thanks a lot for your tips! I'll definitely try them out right away, especially Opt and Serum Visions since I already have a couple lying around.

Nikko-Onna and Windborn Muse seem really good, I'll try and get a couple of them to playtest too.

Unfortunately Aether Vial is way out of my budget range right now, but I'll definitely add them when I can!

Thank you very much for your help :)

Big fan of Spirit tribal, your list looks good however running 4 copies of Selfless Spirit (and your creature count in general) without any draw power can cause them to clog up your hand.

Some card ideas to think about;

Opt - Quicken + Serum Visions Easy to fit in 1 mana spells to help you draw/scry.

Nikko-Onna - Windborn Muse Good sideboard options against enchantment and token heavy lists.

Aether Vial + Eidolon of Rhetoric If you can manage the budget for this, these two cards work really well together and can give you the option of going 3 mana heavy spirits (which is the majority of your creature list).

What do you think and if you need any other options let me know!

Really cool deck!!! Have you considered Tallowisp? It could be used to grab things like Gift of Immortality, Shielded by Faith, and Indestructibility if you decided to go with a package like that. Also, Shining Shoal could be interesting with your general as you can tailor its cmc to destroy a specific target.

Other cards that may interest you are Erratic Portal, Nikko-Onna and Pteron Ghost.

Some Spirits you may want to consider.

Karmic Guide - Reanimation Dungeon Geists, Topplegeist - Tap down effects Nikko-Onna - Enchantment Destruction

If you go away from spirits you can have much more common blink targets like: Angel of Finality, Archaeomancer, Champion of Wits, Cloudgoat Ranger, Felidar Guardian, Flickerwisp, Reflector Mage, Fiend Hunter

If you need some ideas look up my deck from my profile
