UPDATE

Have decided to convert to deck to modern. In doing so both the blue cards will need replacing so looking at going pure red, adding up to 4x Reforge the Soul leaving 5+ slots free.(may drop some land) Stigma Lasher Any suggestions.

A Tim / Ping / Spike deck that originally returned creature to players hand using Sigil of Sleep However the addition of Basilisk Collar brings this deck to a whole new level.

any suggestions to round out this deck would be appriciated.
