the overall goal of this deck is to combine dragon tempest with huge dragons to steal games in a few turns by turning creatures sideways. Some of the key creatures are Scourge of Valkas and Thunderbreak Regent. I would appreciate some constructive criticism to help iron out the kinks in the deck. If possible please keep upgrades to a relatively low budget. Thanks for the help!
