Turn 2: Baral, Chief of Compliance or Curious Homunculus   to ramp.
Turn 3: Destroy land.
Turn 4: Baral's Expertise to clear board and destroy another land.
Turn 5: Profit.

Gameplay

Prioritize land destruction and returning cards to hand over Fevered Visions until the board stabilizes or your hand empties.

I chose Unsubstantiate instead of Negate and Revolutionary Rebuff for a few reasons.
1. It can return creatures from the battlefield to their hand, so it doesn't have to be played as a counter.
2. Returning cards to hand can turn on Fevered Visions burn.
3. It counters all spell types.
